The day before a match, I always go through the game in my mind and imagine the types of situations that are most likely to occur. When I feel prepared for whatever situation I might face, I feel strong and ready. When we get closer to kick-off, I focus really hard and am mostly by myself, listening to music.ÓOur training differs a lot and there are always many aspects to consider, from exercises for strength and stamina Ð which involve lifting weights and running Ð to athletic forms of training.
