When I was younger, I used to find it difficult to recover from particularly hard training sessions or competitions, but now IÕm used to it. I know exactly what my body needs, and how itÕs going to react after a competition. Mostly, itÕs not so much the physical part of me that needs to recover; itÕs more mentally.
