Across the world, RHBs enjoyed record audience figures on both television, digital and social media platforms.BRAZIL Nine out of 10 Brazilians who had access to TV watched at least some coverage of the Olympic Games on television thanks to Grupo Globo, which led the host country’s largest-ever broadcast operation. This represented a 117% increase over the 86 million Brazilians who watched coverage of the Olympic Games London 2012.The men’s football final – which saw hosts Brazil triumph over Germany – attracted a combined audience of 47.1 million viewers across TV Globo, Rede Record, Band and SporTV.
